This really works! I listen to this and a few other videos on repeat on a loud speaker in my home to protect myself and my daughter. Recently, my friend was getting a reading from a "healer" and he was able to pick up my energy from her but got frustrated because he could not read me at all. He said there was something blocking home from reading me. I pray for protection and listen to different mantras along with binaural beats and a few other methods. Even after speaking to him myself, he cannot read me unless I allow him to and it drives him crazy.

Natural Vibes i recently went away with a group of people An most of the people were really great good people An some I hardly knew. We went to a 3 day training event with motivational speakers from around the globe, Anyways it was supposed to be a really motivational weekend but while wow I was a mess like everything that could go wrong went wrong I almost missed both flights like I was in nervous wreck the whole time, shaking really bad ppl noticed it An it made my anxiety go through the roof I can describe we were supposed to stick together as a group but I found myself wondering off all the time the ppl I was with were really irritated with me because I’d go off by myself An I noticed when I did go off by myself every thing ran smoothly but everytime I got back with the group everything that could go wrong did it was so embarrassing I know I have ADD an a lil social anxiety but this was definitely something different. Thank you. I think sometimes it’s really necessary to cut ties with a person. Sometimes it’s not the person themselves draining our energy though but just an inner conflict with this person or an issue they trigger in us. So we should also look at ourselves and do some healing work instead of just trying to shield ourselves from the other person and blaming everything on them.

We can't change other people or our experiences with them however we CAN change and heal ourselves and I think the most healing part for me is to find gratitude every day for everything which sometimes is hard as a survivor of an extremely abusive relationship. Other things that have helped me in this topic is to practice self care, avoid anxieties (they make you less heart based and less able to listen to your gut), know that people who drain you cannot be helped by you, they can only help themselves so it's OK (and necessary) to let them Go, guilt free. Always be cautious around new people who are extremely charming (this is how they try to manipulate you to lower your guard), if you seem uninterested when they do their manipulative act they will lose interest since they are in my opinion very lazy and just needs a hit quickly (a source of energy). I had this medium on tick tock who messaged me about a free reading i was somewhat excited but it felt dark and scary.
