Love this. About time too. Been in security for years and I agree 100%.

This is an excellent idea. Co-operatives UK - When a Security Officer dies protecting people they are forgotten the next day by the public. Police Officers quite rightly get remembered and there families taken care off....Same role at that specific moment, not in general of course.

The adrenalin is up all the time I'm a area manager now but I start from working just on my own even if its ilegal ,the public hardly gives you a "thank you" when they leave your premises

This Is Kind Of Cool To Have Your Coop Doorman As Security Outside Of Your Establishment. They Have Club Security All The Time, So Why Not Do It The Co-op Way? Way To Go Co-operative Bank.

You should have little problem with CCTV, and if you use your words well enough I’m sure you can manage as a security guard (which is seen as the better way of resolving issues for employers anyway). Don’t worry mate

Promotion is all well and good but your views on 'doormen' can only be influenced by the last experience and memory you have had with one of them.

Do you do this for security guards?
@CooperativeFortnight4 жыл бұрын
Hi Alex, it's certainly something that could be looked into - it might even exist already. We could share some links with guidance on how something like this could work and the process needed to set something up. Could you email us on advice@uk.coop?
