i was creating a spark using nparticle but when open the render view it shows me round or circle not the actual spark why is that?

The particles that i create using new emitter does not fall down, they just stay at the world position of the emitter. Why would this be ?

You've probably figured it out by now, but what fixed it for me was matching the start frame in the nucleus's time attribute to the starting frame of my animation (it wasn't frame one).
