REINA Combo Guide | Summer - Patch 1.06 | TEKKEN 8

After 6 months of Tekken, I've finally settled on the best bread and butter combos for Reina. Here is my combo breakdown guide on all Reina's staple combos, including normal hit, counter hit, heat, guaranteed hits/small combos, wall combos, wall travel and environmental combos. All combos include button input notations.
For those wondering, I didn't include the U1 route for EWGF as it is inconsistent on small axis or range changes. Combos listed are the best, most reliable, tournament proven combos that I recommend the most.

4:15 only one combo that you need :) 4:35 , 5:36 guaranted hits that you need 8:15 wall carry that you need (also where you can break the floor, you can use df -> 1,3 after heaven's wrath :) or WS 4,4d to heaven's wrath -> d3+4

Nice bnb !! I use many of these. Sometimes I forget which one is the highest damage, this could helps me to check damage output without record my own. edit: so many useful new things for me in here !! My share 1:37 After landed, f2,3, sen3, df1,1 gives 1 higher damage, but just need to be a little bit fast enough at f2,3 3:23 After landed counter hit, you can half SSL to get higher damage replaceing [df1,1] with [df2, df1]. ANd this is easier for me to remember as it switched into bnb combo Mention that if use combo ender by cd1,4 then it's gonna be harder to land. 7:45 sen 1,2 also wall splash

You have to press 1+2 fast enough after b4

My bad with the 1+2 splat specifically its character specific, but it should work with any high splat eg. clean splat at the end of a combo -> run up and b4 -> 1+2 -> 1,1 -> d3+4,4

Is there a reason you use hw 3,4 as your ender instead of wgs 1,4?

You need to do a different route for cd1,4 to connect consistently, and that other route has worse dmg and wall travel, hw3,4 gives a really good splat as well 👍

You can do cd1,4 in some combos but others it’ll be inconsistent, hw3,4 gives a really good long range splat so I end up using it more 👍

Why do people end combos with HW 3, 4 vs HW cd 1, 4? Doesn't cd 1,4 do more damage and have more carry? Also, is x3 dash jab combo not worth it for wall carry anymore?

CD1,4 is fine for certain combos just be careful as too long of a combo will make the 4 whiff, in every other case HW3,4 is probably better due to how reliable the wallsplat is. 3x dash jab combo isn’t really necessary as all the combo components have good ways to wallsplat no matter where the wall is 👍

Small tip don't use df1 sentai 1+2 on small character because it will whiff. Lee and Yoshi are one example

It's been a thing for a while. The fastest ff2 can be is i13 which is really nice because you can also use it from a crouching position.
