That whole ambience is really sweet, def more of an event than sitting on the couch! I feel like your local 7-11 expects you to appear every time there's a new line and just sweep the entire shelf into your basket. "It's for work ok!" I definitely want that sandwich right now...
@reinascully3 жыл бұрын
Actually it’s not just me! Everyone loves new / limited / seasonal stuff so it actually goes flying off the shelves rather quickly! 😅 I swear it’s not all me haha

I was so impressed with 7 Eleven food when I visited Japan. Especially the sandwiches and those little mixed trays of different salads/pickled vegetables, and oh god, the dessert cups o_O During my trip I had 2-3 evenings at my hotel, when I would have had to go out for dinner alone, so I rather opted for a 7-Eleven dinner and still thoroughly enjoyed myself. Imagine that in any other country! Unthinkable.

Any time flowers/petals are used in food, they boost the flavor with something close-ish. Most edible flowers don't have much flavor, so it's that or tone down everything else to make it stand out. I've experienced this more commonly with roses, & always wondered about cherry blossoms/sakura. Thanks for the video Reina!
