Mr and Mrs Bonynge in a grand performance with the LSO. I'm fairly sure this Decca recording was, a long time ago, my first experience of Gliere's music.

Max Merry -- Totally "rare" to me, certainly. Much more to Glière than his epic Second....and the debt owed to him by Rakhmaninov......
