It's just a shame how you've treated Kyra customers, essentially you took their money and then totally abandoned the synth. A disgraceful, shameless act of bad faith.

No, they didn't just take their money, they took their money and sent them a Kyra, which cost Waldorf money to build. It was built to a specification and price, people bought it knowing that specification and price, and Walforf have released firmware updates for it. What more do you want? Back in the day when you bought a synth you got what you got and just used it. No complaining, no whining about not getting new features for free... What's shameless is people expecting all this stuff. As long as the unit is stable and performs to its specification, buyers have absolutely no grounds to complain because it is what it is - an FPGA synth with 128 voices and enough waveforms to keep you going for years. If they bought it blind and just expected something else, again that's their problem, and if they can't get creative with it, well, a bad tradesperson always blames their tools. Bottom line, Kyra is what is, does what it does, and Waldorf promised no more, no less. Not happy? Sell it, move on, and no doubt find something else to whine about.
