At least he is honest , and because he is, we can also assume he's going to make the right decisions and add more skills to his arsenal

Ultrasound diagnostics...on his brain? As a result of the Malykhin KO? Rdr seems a good guy, hope he has no long term repercussions from that fight. Nasty knockout.

If anyone is wondering what a boxing + wrestling combo can do, watch De Ridder vs Malykhin.

i don't know man, unless you can grow your striking skills that well you shouldn't face malykhin again. i think it takes years to be an elite striker and you can't do it in a few months

RDR just scarfing down food during interviews now eh? 🤣 .. food chunks just falling off of his fork and out of his mouth, sucking food off of his fingers.. dudes a mess 😂

He was pressed for time, and asked me before we started recording if he could eat during the interview. Total gentleman, I'll vouch! - Tom

The last time you said you didn't care about the weight now you said he is 10kg over on me 😂😂😂😂what a shame RDR

RDR is completely delusional. The only chance he has of beating Malykhin and even then it's a massive stretch is to go full Alistair Ubereem and take ALL the steroids, PED's and horse meat while obsessively dedicating his life to gaining functional muscle mass and massively improving his striking. He does live in The Netherlands and so has access to the same quality of horse meat Ubereem used, so there is a chance. He should just focus on middleweight. He's so dominant at that weight. RDR probably thinks he can take Francis Ngannou. That's how far from reality he is regarding his abilities. I do respect his courage, though. He is a very brave man.
