Enjoyed this one. Is that a lap harp (psaltery) you are using too ?

@@Mr_Bouzouki thank you very much for watching and listening! It is a Latvian traditional instrument called “kokle”. Sort of a folk harp :)

@@ReinisJaunais so sort of a local adaptation of the Greek instrument perhaps ?
@ReinisJaunais2 ай бұрын
@@Mr_Bouzouki hmmm, actually I have never heard anyone relating it with Greek music instruments, therefore Greece is very far… Wikipedia say: “Kokle (Latvian pronunciation: ['kʊ͡ɔk.le]; Latgalian: kūkle) or historically kokles[16] (kūkles) is a Latvian plucked string instrument (chordophone) belonging to the Baltic box zither family known as the Baltic psaltery along with Lithuanian kanklės, Estonian kannel, Finnish kantele, and Russian krylovidnye gusli.” Some say that kokle is most highly socially and economically valued Latvian instrument. Anyway, in Europe everything is connected in a way 😀

@@ReinisJaunais I'm being lazy in thinking everything musical originated in Greece. The reality will be the same idea was discovered in multiple places. Indeed it is. :-)
