Great video man. I pay 1200 a month for rent. If I lived in my truck I could afford to buy another truck at the end of every year. Also your knife should be where your leatherman is incase you need to mollywhop someone quickly

Would you slip some foam insulation behind the wood
@JamieSchmidttie20 сағат бұрын
Totally could, there is plenty of room. I opted not to insulate since it gets so hot in the climate I live in. Doesn’t get too cold. I figured I’d rather be a little colder in the winter than not be able to sleep in the summer.

Hey man, it’s actually crazy I just found this video. I have a 88 Toyota with literally the exact same shell as you. I am planning on doing a long term build so I can stay in it between deployments. Would you be willing to send me the wiring diagram and other documents you made in pdf form? I’m basically just going to copy your build completely. Thanks!

Why no insulation?
@JamieSchmidttieКүн бұрын
@@johnnycollins1476 Depends where you live really. The coldest it gets here is 39F not too cold. However, it can get to 110F in the summer. Had I insulated, it would have been totally unbearable to sleep in. By the time I would want to sleep, all of that heat would just be stuck in there. The insulation would inhibit it from escaping, even with a fan on. Now the winter months yeah, probably best to have insulation but not unbearable like the summer would have been. Can’t have both but I could always add insulation in the winter months, maybe to the walls. Hope that explains why I did that. Cheers
