I am a flutist/pianist in Michigan and I wish with all my heart that I could meet you. My heart is the problem though. Right, so, apart from the talent that obviously goes through the roof, both vocally and instrumentally. What I also admire about this man, is his good humor and positive state at all times. That is to be appreciated, because after all we’re all human beings, and therefore have got our own troubles, either health-wise, or family-wise, or u name it any other type of problem. But he never allows that to affect the quality of his work as a musician, and because I realize that is probably quite hard to achieve, man u’ve got all my respect. I found Tommy 6 months ago with his version of “Your the Voice”. (Nailed it of course🇦🇺) I found Sabaton 2 weeks ago (from the comments) and of course Majestica, none of which gets played on Australian radio. I’m 51 and feel like I’ve been ripped off not knowing of these or other Swedish bands. (How many more are there?) Now, on the way to work I have Tommy ripin on the Spotify, lovin Tommy’s versions of popular songs as well as ReinXeed/Majestica. 🤙🏼🇦🇺

❤ John Denver ❤ Absolutely loved that this cover was a tribute to someone you admired greatly and loved.❤ This was also my Dad’s favourite song and whilst I was caring for him in his last months (I actually resigned from my job of 16+ years to make sure Dad spent as much time as possible in his own home and wasn’t put into “care”, the least he deserved after being my rock for my whole life), Dad requested that I play this song pretty much at least once every single day. I knew when he started mentioning that he was being visited by his mother that it was nearly time for him to go…from what the nurses in the hospital told me, this was the song that was playing when he passed (3am on 12/05/23). 😢 FYI….I had set up a speaker with a USB filled with Dad’s favourite songs at his bedside and had it playing on repeat during his last few days.
