After a month of the new year has passed, many people across the world are abandoning their New Year's resolutions of becoming fit. Through discipline and determination, we can achieve our goals and soar far beyond.

That last clip, of an old man training so he could hold up his grand-daughter to put the top on the Christmas tree... THAT'S why we should train. THAT'S why we should want to succeed. So we can do, in our 80s and 90s, the same things that we did in our 20s, 30s, 40s, etc. I don't want to be walking around with a walker when I'm 70. I don't want to take 30 seconds to stand up from the couch. I want to pick up my grandkids without needing a bunch of pain pills afterwards. That last clip is something special..

It all started with my Friday evening basketball extracurricular lessons with the bois, and that was the last half of 2019 before everything went down. On Thursday I also had karate sessions also after school. Every single week, I always felt pressured, but having fun at the same time from it. And then this virus hits in 2020, and all of my physical activites are closed, online school starts, leaving me without doing any intense physical activities with the excuse of the pandemic holding me back. But then, just about the end of the year, I start questioning myself... I've messed up a bit for holding myself back with an excuse, so I started jogging for at least 2-3 laps backyard my apartment (about 500 meters each) almost every evening except when it's windy or raining. At first, I didn't take it too seriously, but it's definitely progressive. Every end of the cardio session, I started with just 10 pushups, and then 20, then 30, then 40, and then I started to add situps as well. But then I discovered *HIM* few months back, and I started to go more serious. I also added 60 second plank to the routine. 2022, and Started doing more laps and did some squats and calves every lap. Added some cronches as well. What I wanted to say is, you can only be persistent with you new year resolutions if you're determined enough, have realistic goals, and always have confidence. Just like from the internet-famous game, Undertale, with _determination_ everything is possible.

Here's what I did. January, I tried to be highly physical (1-2 hours of calisthenics, sword training, mountain walks) whenever I could. That landed me 1 to 3 times a week. It wasn't much. I didn't gain much. But I learned my capabilities. I learned that I could do it, and it killed procrastination because I wasn't afraid of failing. I learned that I wasn't tired, I has more room to use a day than I'd thought. Now i get out there and work hard, 1-2 hours, four to five times a wee. I've seen significant improvement just in Febuary. I'm gonna hit my peak next year. Then, I will maintain it. You can start slow, you can start like crap. Just START. don't worry if it's once a week right now, GO. DO IT.

Lady seriously picked up some old floppy disks and used them as earrings. We need to stay on the path, continue to be ruthless and righteous. We cannot stray from the path and if we do, we pick each other up and push harder. Modernity is waging a war against real values held by real men and women who just want to stay on their path. We fight until we can’t anymore.

I'm happy I'm getting my home gym there pretty soon. I'm obese and seeing people trying to say its okay to be obese or body shame body builders makes me sick . The only reason why I got like this I'd because I got lazy and I loved working out back then . Decided to change my life style and after seeing people like this just made me feel 4x bas about myself. I know it's going to be really hard to get my health back om track but I'm not going to give up like some of these people. Being obese is not healthy, doesn't feel good and I just hate that I gave myself a limit in life .

Why would someone not want to be the best version of themselves? Don’t just give up because you’re not seeing the progress OTHERS expect of you. It’s about what you should expect of yourself. These videos are motivating as fuck. I started my fitness journey four months ago and I can honestly state that I did hit some roadblocks like stress-eating, staying up at night, not sticking to my diet, and feeling unmotivated in the first two months. But then I said fuck this. I started going to sleep early, hitting the gym first thing, meal prepping every Sunday and sticking to my meals, and staying away from the shops and fast food when I don’t really need it. I have started to lose fat and build muscle religiously. I will get this shit done!

End of 2020 in a 2 months span I lost my job, my apartment and was dumped by my ex. I let it hit me hard in the face and succumbed to the pain for a few weeks. I decided to turn my life around, looked for courses in what I like and here I am living from it in mid 2022. I found I am way stronger than what I thought, and have more resilience than I would have expected. Make a tiny step everyday, for nothing happens overnight. But one day you'll realise you're already there. People are out there waiting for you, and you're ready to meet them. Sleep well, eat well, make your bed, and go eat the world !

I managed to force myself to work out and I must say I look much much better than before, that skinny twig that looks like it’s about to snap. If anyone is beginning it’s best to start with something very easy that’s my advice and since started working out I quit smoking so my skin doesn’t look so dead and gray anymore and I am never going back.

I have been obese for the majority of my life and I am now deciding that I will loose weight. These videos are so inspirational that I have started exercising daily and am planning out my diet. I can't wait to know what it feels like to be fit again, I haven't felt that since childhood.

@@TopTierCringe I’ve lost 19 pounds. My feet sure do hate me at work but as I loose more weight I am sure they will feel better. I live in Florida Sarasota actually. Thankfully the hurricane didn’t cause any house damage. I have to use phone data to get WiFi outside of my state and still don’t got power but that’s about it.
