What does the constitution of Uganda say about land ownership?. You can live anywhere in the country as long as you follow the rightful procedures and there's a mutual understanding between the buyer and the seller. OO points would be relevant if the lands were being taken by force. You have to live and let live. I am coming to northern anytime soon for land acquisition, this isolation should stop.

Let go back to Rwanda. Uganda is for Ugandans and Rwanda for Rwandese. There's no Munyankole who is miandaling in the north. They have their fenced farms with their cows in Ankole. There's no nomadic Munyankole. Those are Rwandese. Let them go back home. We hear Rwanda is more developed.

So banyarwanda (bahiima, balaalo, batutsi etc) come from no Where in Uganda except Rwanda . Those are Rwandese. Let them go back home. We hear Rwanda is more developed.
