@@gripthebars1513 I forgot to mention, that's on pump gas. I hope you don't think that's amazing! There are ALOT of guys doing what I'm doing. And several guys with 2 thousand plus horsepower full interior street cars with a.c. My buddy Tom, most know him as Tom Bailey's street car pegged the dyno at 4 thousand horsepower. It doesn't have a.c. but we guess 4300-4400 horsepower street car is pretty bad ass. He just went 5 seconds in the 1/4 mile on street tires AFTER driving it over a thousand miles in 90 to 100 degree heat and rain. But sure, give me your email and I'll send you some pictures and a video of me going 7.92 with the a.c. on. My first full interior street car with a.c. that I had that broke the thousand horsepower range was way back in 1999. It dynoed 1042, and went 9.78. Then I was kicked out the track for not having the proper safty equipment and 9 second license. I didn't realize the car was going to go that fast. Everything just worked. And D.F.I. from Accel just came out and that really helped because it allowed me to run big injectors without cylinder fuel issues. That was on C16 then. That was my first car featured in Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords. I'm actually getting close to breaking a thousand horsepower in my GT500. Dynoed 933 last week. And that's just scratching the surface, and this car has navigation, a.c. auto start ect.... Hopefully when it's back together it will hit a grand.

@@olewangler I mean I'm not one to hate on how people spend their extra money, if this is what they want then more power to them. But it seems like these guys spending 20k on the low end, sometimes double that, could take that money to build a solid axle rock bouncer or mud skipper style rig that would go all the places that these machines do, but have even more power and be much more reliable at the same time. I mean a proper trans vs a belt driven cvt, and even Dana 44 axles in stock form can usually handle around 300ftlb of torque on 40" tires in a full size rig, and I'm pretty sure they'd kill it in some lightweight custom build. And dollar for dollar I've never seen an ifs/ifr combo that's stronger than a 4 link solid axle or even a 3 link. Ya know?
