lol Baguio rent are over priced. Baguio was my hometown. I now live in California but I am looking forward to invest in Benguet or Pangasinan

Tama. Yun lang ayaw ko sa Baguio ang mahal ng upa ng mga bahay. Katulad na rin ng Manila minsan doble pa nga. Ganun pa man kahit condo lang sa Baguio masaya na ako dun mag retire especially ng ma ospital ang sister ko at tinakbo sa Baguio General hospital nagulat ako sa linis at magagaling na serbisyo medical ng Baguio kahit na Public Hospital nakikipagsabayan na rin dito sa Manila especially kung saan ako nakatira dito sa Makati na Osmak ang takbuhan nang marami dahil libre ito sa mga taga Makati.

Baguio has its own charm. Doesn't have to look like bgc

@@Gemini530 if you're talking about the concept, it's almost there. But for me, Baguio is better. BGC is clean and organized with lots of buildings but that's only it.

Meanwhile, Manila is one of the cities most Koreans are scared to go to. I really don't understand why the capital city is the least progressive in this country.
