For example ...hum tablet ka RS lga rhe haii....Linagliptin and dapagliflozin tablet ..is mea hum Linagliptin ka RS lgana hai ...or placebo mea dapa spike kiya ...to jb hum Area Normlisation se calculation karenge to test mea dapa gliflozin ka area use hoga ya placebo count hoga ... It might happen as due to presence of other components in sample,placebo may give lesser response in comparison to individual placebo preparation
