Ek bar dekhna ....right to property hmesa as a hindering element kam karta tha jb bhi public development ki bat ati thi ... dusra zamindari system to khud hi right to equality ko hinder karta ...(relate it to collectivisation by stalin..class 9th)...To ab tumne ye bhi padha hoga ki no fundamental rights are absolute.. there can be reasonable restrictions..so it's clear now....

If parliament can't change Fundamental Rights according to Keshabananda Bharati case then how It abolish Art19(1)(f) & Art 31,which were also part of Fundamental Rights earlier????

The Parliament is competent to amend the Fundamental Rights of the citizens in India. But this amendment should be done in such a way that it doesn't affect the Basic Structure of the Constitution.(Basic Structure Doctrine was recognised in kesavananda bharti case) The amendment bill must be passed through the special majority i.e. 2/3rd of members present and voting.

Sir you missed a point - if the government takes your property for the betterment of the society (for ex to build metro stations etc) then it gives you a compensation and gives the exact value in the market of the land they are taking from you. Its a very imp point idk how you missed it.
