I just had crying jag over my past and I know what we are going through so it's not so bad anymore but holy cow what a roller coaster lately, huh?! I got so dizzy like being high or something from going in my garden and grounding this morning. It was so powerful! And I'm coming to the conclusion I have to let some people go in my life. Ive have notice the lack of energy flowing back and forth in my relationships over the years. It has been painful not to receive as much as been given, pretty much zero received and learned to just let those relationships go, to move on. Just in the last couple of days I decided to let go of some family members, to not give anymore energy to them and wait and see what happens. Im ok on my own if that is how it goes. I deserve a relationship with equal exchange of energy. I find it interesting that this topic came up and makes me feel better know that others are also experiencing this.

I think this is especially prevalent with empaths, sensitives. Learning clear, clear boundaries. Balanced relationships. I've had to do a lot of work on my relationship with myself first. Then other relationships are easier and more harmonious.
