I know all about the relationship.i had to get out of my relationship as he didn't truly want to quit the drugs and I did.i had 2reasons to quit my relationship.1was he didn't want to quit and the other was he was very abusive towards me.i loved him it was very hard to leave him.but if I didn't god only knows where I'd be today.probably in and out of jail like I was.the life style is horrible.like ground hogs day.

Wow! This is so helpful to family members of an addict. My stepson turned to drugs after he was raped by an older guy who groomed him when he was 13. He told no one, bless him and dealt with it the way he thought best and hid it away until 12 years later. Now he’s a heroin and crack addict. He has tried to get clean so many times and I’m absolutely positive he wants to but.....the challenge of pursuing the drugs is a habit/addiction itself and that’s just a part of it. He has literally begged on the streets, picked up tab ends, borrowed, sold possessions and stolen off family. He’s told us that dealers are going to beat him up/killed/attacked with a machete/stabbed/stabbed someone else and still doesn’t see things straight. His mum dad and I are soul destroyed! When he has been to detox/rehab he is honestly so happy...but.... the demon takes over and he doesn’t contact his support system and he uses yet again! He can’t seem to get past 4 weeks sober. He has done methadone in the past but is now, as we speak, trying to go on subatex over the next week, hopefully before Christmas, 🤞🤞🤞? Please pray for him or send him some love 💕😢😢😢xxxx

Thank you Brandon he is now on methadone as from yesterday. He wanted to go on subatex but the doc said he wasn’t ill enough. He’s been on methadone many times before but uses on top so don’t hold up much hope. Watch this space. 🙏🙏🙏

This breaks my heart. How did subutex work for him? I hope all is well praying for you and your family. Sadly I've been there my mom was an addict my whole life. I also fell into bad habits after losing my son to miscarriage...I numbed myself. Subutex and Rehab helped me turn my life around. Praying for you.

I was a heroin addict but I've been clean and sober for over 7 years now. I have some stories as well. I'm not proud of my past by no means but it was my past and I don't mind telling people about it bc it may help someone else. I really enjoyed listening to this bc I understand exactly where you guys have been. I would love to hear more stories about this with other people too. It would be great to have people on your channel to tell their stories and also how they to got clean and how they are doing now. Other addicts need to hear this.

I believe the worst part about addiction is how we associate the drug with literally everything we do. I used to get excited to wake up in withdrawal and take an huge hit, feel amazing watch TV, go back to sleep. Those things are the real culprit. I miss being able to just feel excited to come home to nothing and relax.

Literally watched the entire convo! 👃🏼❄️💊🩹⚖️🐉🪢👈🏼 all that shit F⛎↪️ki🆖 sucks man! So a girl decided it was time to get help. Girl Called a place; lady She spoke to was so uplifting and encouraging!! The lady at the facility was provided with the health insurance info. The call ended, the girl felt to happy 😊 and relieved. Couple hours later the girl gets a call back from the same lady, only this time her tone of voice changed. She saw the girl had a huge deductible on the insurance. The incredible, motivating lady was no longer there. Now the same lady who encouraged the girl to get clean said which an annoyed tone of voice “come back with half the money, otherwise I have no other options for you...” why did she have to change the way she spoke tho.?? They don’t care!! If you need recovery family is so important man. Ppl who have family that can help them thru something like that are so blessed man.... 😢

I feel so bad for you guys out in the states. I’m originally from Boston and I come from a pretty wealthy family so I never had to steal or anything but we ended moving to the Netherlands and I actually get medical grade heroin twice a day free. And honestly I really think it has to do with the person. I never nod off during the day I do more at night and sleep regular but that whole hunt thing I’ve seen friends go through that and It’s just fucked that it’s not given out instead of methadone either intramuscular or something in clinics. I’ve had a job and a normal life and I’ve been addicted to diamorph for almost 9 years now. I hope your channel helps people derek. For me it just makes me not want to go back to the states. You look good though. I’m glad your happy and at the end that’s all that’s important

Same with me mate, I'm from Australia and have always held down good full time jobs, so I've never had to steal for my habit and It makes me perform better and cures my IBS and psoriasis, so I don't want to quit and I function fine on it at work as I don't often take nod out doses , hence I perform better while on it too.. Every drug affects everyone differently I guess - I can't handle physcodelics.. But I have nothing against anyone wanting to quit

Some do. Many only sell because it's their only way to use themselves. I've had two plugs in fact encourage me to get sober, and get disappointed when I end up calling them up again.
