Well it is mostly right on the money. With just a few details that I would adjust. Romania does not recognize Kosovo because Romania has a similar problem like Serbia with a territory the size of Kosova in the middle of Romania, so recognizing it would give that territory extra ammo in their independance case. Kosovo is disappointed about that so Romanians needs a visa to get into Kosovo. With Serbia, Romania has a pretty good relationship. I don't think a visa is needed between them. Their people are similar I characteristics and it's not rare to see sebs move to Romania for work and vice versa. With Bulgaria it's like we compete to not be the bottom members of the EU but we love their beaches and they love our mountains. So we often exchange vacation spots. With Hungary it's like the cold war never ended so much Hungary often visits Romania in the region where they still have ethnic minorities and encourage them to not integrate and isolate themselves from their fellow countrymen. To put it bluntly, Romania respects Hungary for their achievements but really wants to keep them in line from causing any trouble. Finally, and I am surprised, Greece is not here. Romanians love going on vacations in Greece and their foods and their people. Greece seems to love welcoming and respect their mountains and developing Tourism as well.
