I believe we can conquer anything with those words alone and we can all unite with those words alone. there is a miracle saying La ilaha illAllah. it's able to be said with moving your tongue alone! how many of us know a whole complete sentence with just the use of your tongue? A sick person/injured/paralyzed can still say LA ILAHA ILLALLAH!
