Those hidden/smaller ones become bigger & inflamed if left alone. The inflamed, bigger ones are done last. This is standard operating procedure for Ms Thuy & Sac Dep Spa. It’s not an intentional tease for viewers. I can vouch for that. 😉 This client will need several sessions. (Not uncommon with severe acne.) It’s not possible to remove all the acne in one session. (It would be too painful & traumatic as well as time consuming to do it all in one session.)

I trust we get only some perspective from the camera, but Thuy sees more: for example, some skin is so inflamed that the skin wall is fragile, might break and pus be spread deeper into skin. I read somewhere that with pimples it is most important to open the pore and remove the dried sebum that is blocking it. Squeezing too much to clear the pore can cause hyperpigmentation, especially in Asian skin which is prone to it. Thus many technicians are just trying to remove the plug that is blocking the pore and whatever soft sebum squeezes out easily.

Oh boy, I can relate to being allergic to the medication that her dermatologist gave her! Im WELL PAST puberty now, but I was youngwe had one brand of soap in the house! Every time I washed my face with it, my face would burn like fire, and then I wouldn't wash my face. My dad told me, "it's all in your head," I never realized that I was allergic to it until I went to college. At least I could buy my own soap! An allergic reaction to the "cure" only makes the pain of having acne three times worse.❤❤❤

Many spas, including Sac Depot Spa, are being much more cautious these days about posting bloody extractions, which the big inflamed pimples would be. I’m betting we only get the videos of the preliminary pops where the tech is trying to clear the small pimples while the field is still relatively clean. Then they get serious about the big messy ones off camera. We used to get full treatments, blood and all, but KZbin got picky about how much blood they can show so the videos are pretty tame now.
