Thuy told patient’s mom she will do the big inflamed ones after the extracting the hidden ones first. She once mentioned in an old video that extracting the inflamed ones cause the surrounding area to be swollen and bloody, which make it harder to spot the hidden ones. Plus, I think KZbin does not encourage too much bloody contents, hence camera usually avoids the parts when Thuy squeezes the blood.

As to why is this inflammatory acne and acne in general so prevalent in these videos? Ho Chi Minh city where this Spa is located has one of the worst air pollution problems in the world. Those red spots are from pores not completely emptied during a recent past visit. They turned into cystic or inflammation areas with pus inside. If they would have been completely emptied they would have cleared up on their own. The person doing the procedure knows this. Sometimes they are not cleared completely on accident but often when you see the person leaving some behind it is on purpose I can only assume it’s so they will do this so the person has a good video to film. That is terrible for the patient.
