So for people who may not understand the context of the conversation. This kid cannot endure pain that good, and so he frequently ask for postponing until next time (that's the reason why the procedure being cut into a lot of different video). But because the amount of acne left was a lot, Thuy encouraged him to endure a bit more so that his face could be done more quickly (from what she said, most of her clients requested for postpone for next section when their face need to be treated only 10-20% left, but this kids always request for next time even when his face only done about 40-50% and the mother of the boys kinda angry 🤣🤣) And so Thuy encouraged him to endure a bit longer

Well maybe if the mother had brought him along a little sooner those acne's in his face might not have been so big or deep. Perhaps she is angry because you pay by the session, and he wants to leave early, so some of her hard earned money is wasted... People forget that picking a blackhead sometimes hurts. They're dried sebum having to be pushed out of the pore and it hurts. Always interesting how something so small can hurt so much. Makes me think of a hangnail. Ouch!

503 (client Hoang) Sniffles. Client said the left side of his face is in pain. Thuy told client that if he does not extract the pimples that they will become inflamed and it will be more painful. At 4:13 Thuy told client she had to switch to a different spot because client was in agonizing pain. At 4:34 client asked Thuy if he could come in another day for the extractions because he is in so much pain. Thuy tried to encourage client to hang on, because there is still a whole face left of extractions. Thuy said his mom will be mad at her if she doesn't do the extractions. Thuy reiterated that not extracting the pimples will lead to them being inflamed.
