What's amazing is all the hard/grizzley cores that are broken and just laying attached to anything it can, and the legs of it continues to grow. It's amazing to learn - if you watch Hein HHS, or HVS, etc. - these clinics actually trace for you where the roots are located & how they travel all around the face as cords/some large or not. I've seen a bunch of them come flying out of a lesion down by the jaw blow through the skin, leaving a huge hole. She then went clear up to the forehead - and there had to have been 30 - 40 lesions there, even larger that were connecting them - she had to remove them one by one, and they also popped thru the skin and these cords (roots) were huge. Then she had to find the blood & water sacks, burst those, by pure pressure (at least a full inch-deep, by inch-wide, and she literally forced it to break and it flew out clear up at the top & down to the brows. She was putting such pressure on it, she almost had to quit - when, finally, it popped. The procedure is incredible. If you'd like to see it - just let me know, and I'll send it to you. Amazing work, and you'd have never guessed that was going on down into those skin layers/muscles under the surface, above them. At one point she just grabbed a thick bunch of skin, used the same procedures over & over -- & every time, the cords flying out was soon common. They are true teachers - and their patients are very brave. I've never seen drs. take such huge amounts of flesh between their thumbs, take a very deep breath, and squeezed until they could squeeze no more. They told me it's extremely hard on their hands, and they didn't have to tell me anything. It was obvious. What's wonderful is that it's not all blown out of proportion. More important - you knew they'd proven their theory over & over that ACNE isn't just a pimple. This is a truly different, growing organism growing down in there. After a while of watching their body signals you begin to understand what they are saying in Vietnamese, or Japanese or Russian - I can't speak any of them, but I'm learning it very quickly after studying it for months & truly STUDYING their hands! The lines they draw for you - so you know exactly how many lesions are formed b'cuz of one ACNE that took roots. They grow like an octopus. Some were huge (& that was outside of any magnification. She worked on the one man for about an hour, but the pain was so great she stopped until he could breathe or calm himself; eventually she said "You are not cooperating; it's very painful, but it must be done, and she said that in front of the young man. I felt so bad for this kid. I couldn't have laid there for 1/2 of what he did. You should see it. Just let me know & I'll shoot it to you, as soon as I see your request.

There’s a good chance she went back and got them later in the session. I know if I get a zit and can’t get it first try, it’s WAY easier 15 minutes or so later. Besides, this is not a one visit face. This person is loaded and will need to come back.

Great video.. The only bug is that there are so many blackheads that are missed only because the extractions are done randomly instead of one area done completely before starting a new area... It is frustrating to see only one blackhead done among 4 that are around! And then to see that you are going into another area when 3\4 of the blackheads of the first area are missed is frustrating...

I'm not saying if it were myself that I wouldn't go get this treatment done...but what I am saying is that even if I did, they'd have alot less cleaning to do because I couldn't resist squeezing some of these out at home myself.😂😂😂. I don’t think he had the tolerance for her to get all of it. I would bet that this was a first session, she’ll give him meds to use for a week, and when they come back she can get the rest of it. That’s what she has heavy cases like this do, is use products and come back each week til they’re clear.

The before and after photos are rare, but they are impressive. (Hung!) I think what the process is : Remove dry plugs, and wet plugs use #11 scaple blade. With the cut of the blade, it is causing bleeding/clotting and healing Ice Pick Scars. Some of these clients are Sooo infected it hurts to look (Hung!) The wet lesions are 1/2 sebum and 1/2 White cell scabbing.This cut and Pop method must pre-date antibiotics.

There are so many clogged pores in every square inch of this patient's face that you get spoiled for choice. Its like just pick a spot and go for it. I think even the person doing the extractions get confused. The task seems insurmountable. Good stuff though. Hope the patient skin improves.
