Nice gentle work, as a girl who suffered acne on my neck and jawline when I was a teenager, these really do hurt when removing . So it really was great to see how gentle Thuy was in removing them ❤❤❤❤

Holy mackerel! Those were some *big* deep, chubby little buggers! Hats off to the young man for tolerating it as long as he did.🫡 I don’t think I could do it! I know we all love a good literal “pop,” but now days I find I actually appreciate how she will gently sort of “pluck” out a core (or two!) on those sensitive, inflamed, raw pimples instead of squeezing whenever possible. And she tries not to squeeze too much/too many pimples in one small inflamed area at one time. She’ll give that raw area a little break, pop elsewhere for a bit, then come back later. I’m sure that makes the session *far* more tolerable. I know some of us wish she’d just stay in one spot and pop every pimple in it, but that can wear out a client’s patience and pain tolerance quickly. Making it less likely they’ll return for more sessions. Kudos for a job well done.🏆🎉

She’s about 10 months old.💕I get to watch her 4 or 5 days a week while her pesky parents work. It’s SUCH a joy.💕 But I don’t have time (or energy!) for much else. Including enjoying my fav You Tube channels & chats with fellow fan friends here.😭 Oh… and I’m not a channel member here or anywhere else lately thanks to some jackals that keep trying to hack my debit card/Google Pay.😑 I do miss the friendly private-ish chats with all you ladies! No but poor guy. That is one sore face. I don’t think the spas realize that we would like to follow people’s journey. I wish they did better at giving us something to identify a client even a nickname or number and gave us a playlist with the videos in order to. ❤❤❤

I remember having acne that bad as a pre-teen, but it was all DIY for me. Deal with the face was bad enough (kids can be cruel!) but I had it this bad on my upper arms and back. 😢 My mom would have to soak my undershirt with warm water just to peel it off my skin in the mornings, and sometimes after school too. Of course we had to have white uniform shirts at school (just to make my self consciousness complete!). 😭😭😭😭😭 40 +/- years later, I still avoid wearing white shirts like the plague! 😢

Probably, and you typically see the skin so dry because of continuing treatments and medication. I think this person has been at least once, so the medication is drying up nicely.

That hormonal neck acne makes some of the best fat pops. Super tender spot but so much worse if you let it progress to an inflamed acne cluster. Thanks for sharing ❤

I think a lot of people in Vietnam suffer from agent orange. My dad suffered from it and his skin got like this. I was always trying to get cysts and blackheads out of his neck and face. He had them in his groin as well.

Yes, Agent Orange (technically its byproduct- dioxin) bears responsibility for many conditions-from minor to life-threatening -affecting both Vietnamese people and some of the American soldiers from that era. Agent Orange was some evil sh*t, no doubt about it. But the type of acne caused by AO is very specific- called “chloracne.” Chloracne has a very specific presentation/appearance. It looks a bit more like a rash-with tightly packed, small raised bumps in clusters-than it does typical acne we see on most of these VN spa videos. Just google “chloracne images.” You’ll see it much more accurately than I can describe it. About 90% of the clients in these spas are young men. Early teens to early twenties. Occasionally we will see others. But not as often and the acne not as severe. The number one driver of acne in this age group is *hormones.* Or more accurately, raging hormone fluctuations. Other factors I know of, like living in a hot & humid (sticky) climate, genetics/family history of very oily skin & acne, and pollution of air, water & food, etc can all cause or contribute to acne. It tends to be a combination of factors rather than just one. I’m of course not remotely qualified as an expert of any kind here. This is just info I’ve gleaned from reading and watching others who *are* qualified. So please take my opinions as just that: opinions.☺️✌️

@@DiM2646 yes it is. I was born with closed case spina bifida. It wasn’t found until I was a lot older. My dad lost half of his lung to Agent Orange. He got really bad skin and had a lot of cysts from it as well. I have a lot of cysts in my groin area in particularly. My dad had just gotten VA pay for it in 1995 and he died in 1999. His life was cut short over that horrible concoction. Not only did it kill the vegetation, it killed a lot of people on both sides.

When I was growing up all I heard was “don’t pick or pop your bumps…” but I think this is what happens when you don’t get it out. I know some of them will go away with some acne medications but really I think they just get bigger and deeper.
