Yeah haha i know what u mean, if i see a little pore that is becoming a little blackhead i already am removing it so good!! It was a blessing to be raised by a full on popaholic!! 😉 so i dont understand either how people can let them self go that much/long, for that to build up, you have neglected it for some time, often out of shame, or no time, and thats kind of sad.. but im very confident she will clean up that face very good, and qith good aftercare it must look very good in a little while. 😉

This person has you see the scars. These aren’t easy. At the spa they get the skin exfoliated, creams to loosen the plugs, the skin steamed and still sometimes they need to use a needle to get them out. If it was easy they’d all do it at home.

Photini Theodorides ....Yes I do believe it's very painful to have it. Due to most of his acne being just under his skin, cystic acne has developed on the skin's surface. Even though some outside elements can contribute to this condition, it's usually having to do with a person's genetic makeup. Once he's finished with the Skin tech and follows her guidelines, his skin will be clearer and pain will diminish.☺️ Also, many people have excessive oils and sebum (stuff that's being extracted), hence the large amounts and sizes of the acne. Oh yeah...you don't need to "excuse your ignorance", lol. I'm not a "pro", but I have learned a lot about skin care in the last 42 years of my 52 years. 🤔😳👌🏻

Rochelle Want he's not feeling any real pain as we think of it but probably feels a certain amount of relaxation from the touch of another person in any case so that pain we think of ends up being a good feeling of care rather than enduring something bad or hard ie pain oh, just thinking out loud cuz he falls into that Haze of another kind but doesn't come out as pain to him. I have a playlist girl - Sac Dep is definitely the best. She is quick and she squeezes rather than doing one by one super slow with a needle. There are some other GOOD ones though! I have 35 vids on my playlist. I notice I like them better when the client has a lot of little hairs on the face b/c a lot of time the blackhead is in the hair follicle and not only does the blackhead come out, but a little hair too!

Dry, non tool using extractions are my favorite. I get blood happens but it always takes away a little something from the xp for me. However, the wiping away of it with gloves is good. Love the glove sounds.

This is my favorite technician to watch. She's not afraid to tackle the infected blemishes that should be drained in order to heal. A lot of times they are skipped over. Enjoy the videos she is in. You are the only channel of this type that I have subscribed to.

Just a note: blackheads and whiteheads don't have sacs. I don't know if it was Dr. Pimple Popper who spread that misinformation, or if people saw her obsession over cyst sacs (sometimes to the detriment of the patient) and assumed all acne has a sac, but it's one misconception that I've seen so often and it bugs me. Sorry, just wanna inform. I know way too many dermatologists, haha!

I know they do an after extraction treatment. I suspect it depends on how much was done and how much was extracted as to how much they do in treatment . But I know Hien Van and Thuy both send directions and things home with directions on how to use them plus a recommended diet. As to the others, I suspect they do something similar as to being called a "spa".

There are a couple videos where someone translates from Viet. She has the clients with severe cases do a cream and a wash at home in between extractions; this is why the skin is sometimes very dry. Also I think she mentioned once that there is like some kind of mask or wash they do after the extraction part in the spa.
