@@Kre410 the nicks don't leave scars. What causes the scars is the very deep scars leaving a huge hole in the skin when they finally get inflamed enough to reach the skins surface. Nicking the skin to get those deep ones ensures that the skin doesn't have a gaping hole that can't heal up.

I’ve rewatched it several times. She single handedly wipes out a whole contaminated village of multiloculated blemishes of every size, shape & description!! She expertly works her way around the perimeter and cuts off all escape routes! The cyst in hiding by the ear at 11 min is also an added bonus as well. The good, the bad & the ugly! Nothing escapes her !

​@user-tb4ho3wt1n No their face is "ruined" by the client. Third world countries don't have clean water systems, clients should wash their face 2 times a day to keep infection away. The tech can only "pop" so many before the client has to much pain. When there is a large amount of infection, they need to also drain the infected blood. Some people can't tolerate watching pus excreted, it's recommended for them to not watch.

They have steam machines to mist faces. Sometimes they massage the face and they always clean them. This is what I have seen over time.
