Except for when she's doing the cyst. Shes treating them like regular acne. Those will come back 10 fold because she is squeezing them. They have to be removed and the whole sac taken out. If it *is* a blackhead inside a mole (I'm not convinced it is) I would *not* pop it. Not in the center where we're seeing the dark discoloration. On the edge... sure. I've seen lots of that done safely. But after looking at it a few more times, I'm convinced it's a mole, and the dark discoloration is just skin pigmentation. It's just deeper, under a layer of translucent skin. It looks like how a new mole appears before the pigmentation has fully spread. Either way... I wouldn't want a questionable thing like that poked & prodded at a spa. Either see a doctor or leave it be. That's my (useless) 2 cents worth of opinion. Lol 😂

Not necessarily. We used to think that. However the space beneath the sac can often remain leaving sunken spots. By using the needle and pulling through the top tissue it activate collagen to stimulate and does a great job of filling in those areas where there would otherwise have been a sunken spot.
