I started picking an area when I was 16. I’m 43 now. I’ve tried prescription meds & creams & therapy. The most I could stop was 2 to 3 days max. I disfigured a part of my body with scars. Since watching this last few months, I no longer pick myself AT ALL. I do have a hard time getting away from these videos but I can do it. I can’t believe this was the cure. Thank you. It’s mainly Sac Dep Spa videos that do it for me.

They aren't ingrown. Every pore has a hair follicle. Each hair has a "lifespan" and the hair inside the pore that comes out with the sebum has reached its end and there's a new hair underneath it.

He is probably using Accutane or something like that for the acne, and that severely dries the skin, and you can’t use moisturizer. I guess you didn’t know that.

You need to explain to her that they need to come out before they get to big and the pores are damaged . cuz once they get so big that the pore is damaged it won't matter once they come out she will have big open pores that will continue to get clogged and be big holes for the rest of her life . also not to be rude but it is never attractive to have blackheads on your face and back or to have big pores . sorry if you or her find that rude but I am just being honest .

You're better off not not popping them. There's no truth to them damaging pores; in fact you're more likily to scar if you do. That said, nobody can resist, except the guy in this video. I've known only a few people don't have the instinct to pick.

Actually I had very bad acne when I was younger and made them worse by picking at them. She knows not to pop them (seeing the scars on my face 😂) Hers are just little blackheads (which are very inviting) and they clear off by themselves. Thanks for the concern, I would whisk her off for treatment if she comes close to the people in these videos!!
