For those who have been in kohima for long knows that, that particular area is a no parking zone; so why create unnecessary Jhamala by refusing to Move from that place. This year around February i also halted my car for few seconds on that same area to pick up my phone for an urgent court case , but one of the jawans told to me to get moving from that place; so i did. Educated people should act like one. Civic sense and a little bit of humbleness will take us long way.

I think completly shutter down of an area is totally illegal without getting the permission and informing the district administration. Merely imposing strikes and complete shutdown infringes the freedom enjoyed by the citizen under Article 19 right to freedom and 21 right to life and personal liberty. The millitary personnel should have avoided using muscle power and at the same time there are rules and regulations in every areana imposed by the administration as well as the millitary for safety and security of the public so it seems to me that the honourable president shouldn't have parked his car in the no parking zone which meant he was also disobeying the traffic regulations. Maybe if this issue is properly studied then under relevant sections of Motor vehicles act the President will be booked and fined but let this issue be resolved amicably.
