Quran is the best better than music its peaceful relaxing and is beautiful mashallah because on the day of judgement music won't help you the Quran will it will stick up for you in your grave so whoever disliked this beautiful recitation then Astaghfar no one should do that because the Quran then becomes a witness for one on the Day of Judgment. The Holy Prophet says, “the Quran is a proof for you or against you.”

Dont worry inshallah its not stroke...panic attack always makes us think that we are in our worst condition but the truth is we are fine and we dont have any sickness.i know how you feel because im in the same stage.i go to to hospital a lot, do check ups but find nothing..its just all in our brain. We just need to keep our faith and always think positive to let all the negative thoughts go away.

Those who suffer, Allah loves the most. Remember that “Allah does not burden a soul with more than it can bear”. You may feel like everything is a little too much right now but please have faith in Allah continue praying, reciting Quran and doing dhikr and you will see a change in your life. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. Please don’t give up. This dunya is temporary, a test for the believers and right now you are going through that test from Allah.
