This same exact thing happened to me. Dyed my hair multiple times and used a relaxer before with no problem. I tried bleach dye AND put the relaxer on it. Had the same results she did. Freaked out for a couple of days then cut it. I’m back on my healthy hair journey almost a year later. I knew better and did it anyway.

You should've did a bond building treatment before the neutralizing shampoo and also been more gentle combing it.

So sorry this happen to you sis, but one thing I will say is, it’s hair.. it can and WILL grow back! Do a lot of protein treatments. And just cut off the rest of the permed hair. Don’t forget to deep condition and moisturize! And lastly, pray over your body from head to toe. I know it sounds silly, but speak life and positive affirmations into your hair. God can restore anything. Stay blessed! ❤️
