Correct, a couple of years ago they gave it an active component, when they first nerfed AP varus I think. I'm not sure, but it's when they nerfed the on hit ap ration of his w.

@longingsoul1 I just gave up playing the game cause I was gonna main a couple Champs I enjoyed playing and my buddy wanted to start playing ranked so I picked up teemo top and Senna support. They weren't incredibly popular at the time but once I got pretty good at them then this season happened haha. Now everyone keeps picking or banning them so I gave up.
