oh certainly it is. It has so many benefits, including general mental wellbeing and the health of the hair. Helena said that she lost a lot of hair after Covid and with all the stress that came with the war in Ukraine. She said she took vitamins regularly and her hair started to come back to norm. But she also has a calmer life now.

Another great video! 👍🏻👍🏻 🦊 However, I must try and watch it again once my coffee has worn off. This video had ALL the triggers I love, but I could not settle down for anything!. I was so distracted. First, the tattoo. I have nothing against them, but am always interested in knowing their meaning and inspiration behind them. So, my mind was wondering about that. Then I noticed Nana’s hand. Started thinking about what happened and hoping she is ok. Then, her model kept moving (not a lot but enough that I kept noticing). Finally, I laughed when it looked like she lit a fat joint at the end. 😂. Again, please don’t take this wrong. Nana is the best! Her model had beautiful hair! I think I just need to remember….no caffeine prior to viewing! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂. I’m still giggling over the fat joint and I don’t even smoke the stuff. Just a very bizarre morning over here in Oregon!

Ohhh I love the birds! I don't even hear them as separate from the other sounds. It just comes together naturally. ❤️ But it's personal taste I guess. It's winter here in Germany, which I generally love, but we don't have any birdsong at the moment so I find this really nice. 🙂
