Here’s a very by-the-numbers ASMR beauty therapy roleplay, including a clay facemask application, hand massage, pampering, and personal attention. I made an ASMR video for once. Enjoy!

🎙 What is ASMR? 🎧
ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is synaesthesia of the soul. It’s a relaxing feeling, it’s a tingling down the spine, or it’s simply a sleep aid. Whether it’s being ‘held’ by someone you have confidence in, or ‘looked after’ by someone with authority, or just feeling ‘safe’ with someone you trust, it uses audio-visual triggers to enable you to let go of your worries and stresses - even just for a bit.
📽 What is FPC? 🎞
FPC (first person cinema) takes all the relaxing elements of ASMR but has much more of a focus on immersion and the suspension of disbelief. It’s kinda like being the main character in your own short movie, with popular figures you know and love, or entirely created worlds - just for you. There won’t be any visible mics or traditional triggers in these videos, and they will seem more unintentional than the usual ASMR videos - but they are unique and relaxing experiences designed to transport you to different places, worlds, and times.

That nail varnish technique is 100% one I use when I’m not doing crazy designs. Sometimes it’s just easier to deal with in that way, and acetone can make a giant mess on the skin if the polish is really pigmented. One pro tip: liquid latex can be used to mask off a majority of surrounding skin and cuticle to speed cleanup.

I had septum surgery last week and was stuck in bed for several days. I watched lots of ASMR to get my mind off the pain, most of it being your channel. Have to watch it twice, as half way through the first time I spider crawled onto the back of my neck and - though I like spiders in general - it was a bit jarring. Senor spider is not doing well (oops), but I'm fine.
