Relaxing Dental Visit

I used to watch this years ago to relax not knowing what asmr was. I just thought it was a video to let apprehensive patients get over their fear of going to the dentist. Years later and having watched 100s of asmr videos i realise this was the first specific asmr video i watched, without knowing it.😀

I worked at an orthodontists office as a dent tech. for a long time, and when you said "alginent", and started mixing in the bowl with the spatula, I got maaajor tingles. I always found dentists' officees (and the job, too) to be so relaxing. Thanks!

I have been listening to ASMR vids since I discovered ASMR last year, they help me to get into the mental state for sleep, but I cant usually fall asleep with headphones on. I'm not sure what you use nowadays, but I was a hygienist for 7 years, and an assistant in high school. I think ours set in 60-90 seconds, but that was way back when. Thanks for the compliment!! =))

Root canals were bad.....100 years ago. Nowadays, they're done so often, and with such precision, there's nothing to worry about. The canal itself won't hurt, but after the numbing wears off, the painkillers you'll no doubt be given will help you immensely after you go home from the appointment. I had a cracked wisdom tooth taken out 4 years ago, and the whole thing healed up within a week and a half. The mouth is one of the fastest healing parts of the entire body.
