I'm trying to do this one now, but the instructions aren't great. Thankfully this video is a big help (especially with the electrical wiring). I do wish you'd included gluing on here. The wood tends to warp with the glue drying. I hope mine turns out half as nice as the one you've done here.

Hi! I am so happy that you got this great miniature kit. It took me a week to finish this kit because the everything was too small. I guess you’ve used the liquid white glue. For thin wood i would use the silicone glue. Thank you for your comment Have a great day

What a brilliant job you have done 🏆🏅👍🏻. I am full of admiration for what a neat worker you are, as when I do these kits I’m a glue magnet, with glue everywhere. How do you keep your hands so clean and glue free? My kit of Cherry Tree Alley arrived about an hour ago ( bought from Amazon) and having looked at the instructions - which were rather confusing in places - (especially the wiring) was so pleased to find your video. Thank you so much for your nice comment. it made my day. I use the put the glue in squeeze bottle with small cap tip so I can control the amount of the glue i need. When I first got that kit i was surprised how small the kit was. it took time and patience to finish it :) again thank you for your comment. Have a great day!!

Thanks for doing this, really helps! Anyone know why there's a double printed background though? Printed layer on the wood, then another printed layer that totally obscures it on the card for the lights

Hi, I’m having trouble understanding how the wires must be connected. As in how both the streets connect to the box and which wire connects where. And how the extension cable(plain white) works and where to connect it .Can you please advise?

I use the silicone glue. There were the batteries included when i got this kit. If I remember correctly there were the ag10/1130 batteries

I use silicone glue. I suggest not to apply white liquid glue on the thin wooden walls in this kit because it will cause wood wall to bend. Have a great day!

Thank you for this tutorial. I was really struggling! First time I've attempted a miniature. For any other beginners out there, I suggest you scan and copy the paper bits.... Saves a lot of stress if you mess something up!

@@chloehensel6950 are you referring to the light wires connection to the battery box? Here is what I did 1. Connect the wires of battery box to the 2 light wires of the stores (on the right side) and other 2 long extension wires. Now we have 2 long wires only (1). Leave them there. 2.After finishing the stores on left side , connect 2 light wires from left stores to the 2 long wires from the right stores (1).
