read the Bible. it will help you. I was in a dark place for so long because I tried to do life on my own without God and truth is we need God in every aspect of our lives. When I started back reading my Bible and praying it was like an instant shift. God wants us to talk to Him and he wants us to live a happy life. I do a meditation and this is exactly my visualisation ..It is a beautiful room, large with a huge open fire, there are candles, cosy sofas, the walls lined with books, a large coffee table in front of the fire with lots of old photos from the past, memories and happiness, steaming hot coffee pot and a bone china tea set. the scent of the room is filled with the scent of freshly baked cakes, my Nan a wonderful cook and full of cheer and love. Family all together, Old friends too ..past pets and present. My Grandad is the pianist always, sat in the corner of the room next to a huge Georgian window, framed by the most beautiful vintage curtains. The snow is falling the gardens magical and all is well ... this got me through some very tough times. Be well and in peace x

Though I'm kind of weird because for some reason whenever I see the fire it's as though my body responds and it feels warmer in my room even though the temperature hasn't changed.
