I’ve listened to this since my kid was born, as a way for my wife and I to help him get to sleep. He’ll turn 3 in just a few days and he now asks for “Zelda music” before bed almost every night. I get emotional thinking about how big he’s gotten and yet how nearly every night we’ve bonded over these songs. He’s not quite old enough to understand playing Zelda but I can’t wait to take him on so many great adventures in Hyrule.

I remember when my stepdad and I used to play this every morning right when I woke up he would greet me happily and tell me what he's accomplished in the game. These were such happy memories It makes me ever so sad that I can't go back. I was in school this morning when my nerdy teacher put this soundtrack on, he put the Hateno Village portion of it and it immediately made me think of my stepdad. He is gone now, left in the worst possible way. I just wish I could go back in time and start over, but life isn't like that. So one thing I will say to him is thank you for all of the memories, I will never forget you and will always consider you my dad. Love you lots- booboo.

Don't stress it too much.. Things happen for a reason. If it wasn't meant to be then there is someone better somewhere out there. Don't go looking and it will fall into your lap. Just be you and be the best version of you. Breakups sucks big time.. I'm 29 and also went through one a couple of years back. Broke me into pieces.. But I forced myself back up and today I am a better version of who I used to be. We are so much more than what we sometimes feel about ourselves. Good luck and keep your head high. Hello fellow Briton, I'm sad to hear that you have not played any other Zelda games, other than OOT (Ocarina Of Time). But I'm here to say that, if you are in the spirit of giving one of the games a try, then please consider giving Wind Waker a try. You don't need a GameCube or WiiU to play it as you can use emulators (assuming your computer is good at playing games). I chose Wind Waker as it is my favourite in the series. If not, it's fine, it was just a suggestion anyway. Thanks for reading!

Skyward Sword was my first LoZ game and I got it when I was really young. I (he/him) remember being so in love with Zelda when I was a kid and doing everything in the world to get her back. Hearing the song "Romance in the Air" brings all of the emotions rushing back and the love just pours into my soul; love of Zelda, the moments, the memories, my own childhood, even, rushing back with this song. I don't have a story nearly as sad or heartwarming as everyone else here, I'm just a lucky man who listens to this playlist when I think about my fiancé. She goes to college far away from our house, so I get lonely a lot. For some reason these songs from my childhood help with that. 4 years from now she'll be done, she'll be home, and I'll show her the music that got me through.
