@@ronysol3341 Hola, pues dejándote llevar por la música, no escuches solo con los oídos, escucha sintiendo, siente lo que aporta la belleza de escuchar su melodía dentro de ti, y piensa cosas bonitas, agradables, bellas, antes de empezar a escuchar la música ya tienes que tener a tu mente centrada en pensamientos positivos, bellos así podrás conectar mejor con la música. No se si te he ayudado, es tan sencillo como agudizar tus sentidos para que la música te llegue en lo más hondo de tu ser.
