10 years ago, i escaped domestic abuse, im grateful i got out alive. It was a traumatising phase of my life and I felt very low. I remember I started listening to this video when I was staying in a women’s shelter and every night this music help me sleep. It was a long journey of healing and self love. Fast forward 2024 and for some reason i found this music again and Im listening to this now, i cant help but be in tears. For those who are suffering, i pray you peace and healing in your life. You are loved, and you deserve love. You can do this, fight for your life. You are strong and brave and remember the storm will pass ❤

My 5 year old daughter and I listen to this every night to go to sleep and if I try a different one she knows and makes me put it back on! I cried when I heard this. It's like everything disappears, and my dad is here with me. And no one will EVER replace him, and I miss him so much! And everyone tells me I'm a baby, and I'm a loser, because I miss my dad, and without him my life is so empty, and I cry myself to sleep every night thinking of him, and what he would and wouldn't like, and I'm still mourning, he was too young to die. Only 30! And I really want to think he's still there, still alive. And it stresses me out. Listening to this helped me! Thank you so much!

It's really nice to see people relax with this and have stop to think about themselves in this fast life. I really feel happy for you guys. I am saying this with my all heart. Some of you hides themselves to avoid getting hurt, but getting hurt by themselves, some feels like they have to wear a mask to not hurt their loved ones, which one hurts more them. Man this really made my feeling burst out, because when I was just 2 my parents divorced and now I dont see my step brother anymore, I missed 3 of his birthdays. The beach sound remind of when my mom took me to the beach and hung out with my brother and I. I sat down put my hands over my eye's to cover my tears.
