Used this as my cool down! Used to just come to this video whenever I needed a stretch and relax after sitting in the chair all day, always makes me feel much better :) also really love the semi-muted sounds of the waves, very calming :) thank you Robin!!

Love this workout! I have searched for years for a workout like this! After many years of doing yoga, I had to quit because it caused too much pain with fibromyalgia. This felt wonderful! I add it on to the evening workout. Thank you!
