Can you please give me some tips how to lay down during massage (I'm also pregnant). To me it feels very uncomfortable to lay flat on my back, even when my knees are bent and elevated.

If you are uncomfortable, ask them to raise the bed to have you sit more upright. Janet had the table raised for me and when I get my prenatal massages I am on my side.
