The things that bother him are loud noises, changes in his routine, and anything he can't control. You can help first with consistency in your daily routine. My morning routine is VITAL to me having a good day. The ability to put this beautiful rainstorm in my ears is one of many tools I use. Sorry for taking so long.

looks like a pond in the woods in north carolina s mountains that i used to walk to. there were rainbow trout in it, a little dock and a little canoe that had sank in it.cept some of the vegitation was surely different but the layout and size and even the boat were the same.Its been 30 or more years since i used to go there.this video brings back fond memories of a time long ago.as well as helping to relax and rest...thanks for reminding me of a time so simple and inocent,as well as the rest.god bless...
