@@everydaywithanathey are the eww large suso. Not the usual kuhol sa mga ilog sa pinas. Mas malaki. I’m not sure though if that’s the same species the use for escargot

I wish you and some of the other Asian, Korean, Japanese etc creators would tell us about some of the items you buy...like wat is Choyete and why does the carrots look different.

Hi RoseGolden. Chayote is a fruit but cooked like veggies. I sauté or add it to soup. It’s also common in Central American groceries. As for the carrots, the stem is removed and it’s about 2/3 the size of carrots from the US, not so long. I hope this helps.

What do you do with Saba banana? U buy those frequently.

Hello mrsmorris kitchen. I boil the saba in water until it’s soft and snack on it. I prefer Cavendish bananas but they are 2-3x more expensive than saba.
