does anyone else have problems with their hair shedding like CRAZY in the shower? Im watching kisha flawlessly wash her hair, brush it etc in the shower and i could only dream of doing that. the gentlest touch/stroke of my wet hai leaves me with pieces falling out everywhere. i literally have to pull out the strands and stick them onto my shower wall so they dont go everywhere. when im done, i take a kleenex and wipe all the hair off the wall. i know this sounds weird but i cant help it. i have no idea what to do....i have a good 200 strands of hair on my wall after each shower. anyone else have this same problem or am i just doomed?

GIRL OH MY GOSH 😭 I'm literally the exact same, no matter how much I try to not let hair fall out, it does. I have EXTREMELY thick hair and I get like those hair knots on my rubber bands iykwim and its so annoying. I also have eczema (mild though) on my head so even more so I loose hair. But, it's completely normal (well I think) and if anything we can't stop it. So no, your not alone 🤍

Your hair is either naturally thin or ur hair is lacking protein. You could try olaplex with ingredients such as amino acids vegetable protein, keratin etc. or try natural ingredients such as rice water (depends on ur hair type)

Love the video. I’m a licensed esthetician and I want to suggest using a barbers blade ( can be found at Sally’s) to dermaplane your face it’s the closest thing to the dermaplane blade estheticians use because the rigged blade cause micro tears in the skin and can spread bacteria into the micro tears. Just a suggestion not trying to be rude 😊

Any face oil/serum should work! Try something simple! Vitamin C oil, Shave Oils, Glow serums etc! 🤍 Thank you for commenting ✨

I Just bought The Madagaskar Centella Asiatica from 1001 but for facial shaving I'll definitely use the Whind Oil or The Ordinary Cold Pressed Rose Facial Oil or but I'll have to def think about which Serum I have would be the Best! Again Thank you for awnsering, most dont 🩷 For a Facial Mask maybe some thing from Kiehls or Origins but girl here in Serbia everything is 50/60 + the Price in Our Biggest Sephora campared to the States. A bigger Huda Pallete can go up to 100+ euros and I just bought The Make-up By Mario Master Mettalics Pallete and it was about 80 euros... Crazy and I know that in the States it's about 45 dollars. Sorry, If I talk top much but Im a liscented Estehetician and Im alwyays looking for new reccomendations and your skin is TOP (Slang in Serbia, like ultimate).

I’ve had gone a long time wondering what works the best for exfoliation the skin. Maybe someone can help me get a better understanding😂 Like is it best to use a body scrub, which you then rub into your skin using just your hands, or is inte best to combine a body scrub with exfoliating gloves? Or does it not really matter that much. And also, like is it better to use exfoliating gloves while washing your body aswell (like pre-exfoliating) or should you just go in with a wash cloth of some sort to do that. And also should you use exfoliating body washes when washing your body or does that count as exfoliating your body. Like can I do both, as in using both an exfoliating body wash and following that up with a body scrub. I am so confused or maybe I am just overthinking everything. I have a tendency to overthink and get so lost when I don’t know what’s the best way of doing something, like when there is no one size fits all solution. I would be so happy if anyone read this and could give some clarity🙏🏻💓

It depends on how sensitive your skin is! When I use a body scrub like tree hut that is more exfoliating I turn the water off so it doesn’t water it down and you don’t need to use exfoliating gloves you can just use your hands. If you want to use a body polish like she did in this video I would use exfoliating gloves because this is a polish not a scrub so it’s not as thick. If you want to use exfoliating gloves I would use that with a regular body wash everyday. They aren’t too harsh against your skin. As for an exfoliating body wash you could pair that with a wash rag or your hands and use that everyday. But I wouldn’t use exfoliating body wash with exfoliating gloves that could cause your skin to become too raw! Hope this helps ❤
