I would like to be honest. I struggle with an abusive mother, self harm, suicide, anxiety, depression etc but coming here every night to see kind people really helps. I also have my own personal relationship (friends) issues and people who despise me secretly. I hate it. I always feel there is nothing left, but to anyone who feels the same each day think of one positive thing. My teacher does it before class ends and it means a lot because you have to stop and think what was good about your day. Do it! Even try breathing patterns BUT you MUST listen to this music and read some of the comments. The comments are a kind environment in this video. I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder which is severe and ocd which has impacted my life drastically. I spend nearly every day worrying and catastrophizing about what will happen to me and I’m so tired of being anxious to leave my house or go on car rides, shower, eat, sleep, or talk. I don’t even feel human anymore. I’ve felt unwell for so long that I can’t wrap my mind around the fact that there was a point in time where I didn’t feel this weighed down and where I was actually happy and content with every aspect of my life. I’m saying this because I want you to know you aren’t alone. In the moment it feels horrible, trust me I understand you completely. It’s only a moment, it’ll pass. Even if you are getting dragged by your hair and thrown against the wall by your mind, you’re gonna overcome it. There’s so many resources, there’s therapists, medication, coping skills, KZbinrs, music, hobbies, groups online, even comment sections like this one. You are not going through this alone even if it feels that way. You are gonna be so content and happy with your life trust me. I know you will look back at this very moment and think wow. I can’t believe I survived that, I can’t believe I lived through that pain, I can’t believe I got this far, I can’t believe I moved on, I can’t believe I grew from that. Know you are loved. I may not know you personally and you might not even believe half the things I’m saying right now but even though we haven’t formally met, I love everyone who I know is in the same boat as me or is going through something similar or who feels the same way I do. Let’s hang on together. ❤️ I love you to the moon and back.

Hello Soul of Wind, I listen to your videos late at night when I write poetry. I wanted to share one I wrote while listening to the music. My experiences have made me feel awfully lonely, it stresses me but I’m gradually getting better. I’ve never tried posting my poetry in a comment section before. This one is about the severity of my feeling of loneliness, alienating myself from the human race, wanting just one person to be the same species. “Our blue rose isn’t among humans,” I’m searching for you like a satellite- A flower raised in the dark, growing needy, So desperately wishing I was born ‘mine’. One human, is that so greedy? For happiness in this instance of lifetime. I want to be the same species- But I don’t have that kind of right. I want one human One, But I can’t intermingle- I’m a plant; I’m a monster, In this body, I’m an imposter. Human desires, human dreams; A result of how I was born. But it’s how impossible they all are, Which leaves me feeling forlorn. A single soul that I could mix with, A human who could teach me humanity; I want one human, to cherish. To pry my soul open and still accept ‘me’. It’s selfish of me, but I’d like a friend, Though I feel too unworthy to afford; I want a bond that’ll never end, Together, tethered always by a cord. I want to learn how to love like a human, And love a human forever and ever. To dote on, and give what I too wish for; A person that even my next life would remember. I’m searching for you like a ship at sea- That’s trying to find any semblance of land. As desperate a cry as paper parchment, left In a glass bottle washed up on cold sand. I want one human to care for and know, To be there through every blessing and curse; The kind of bond where they’d rely upon me, When life throws at us the very worst.
