WOW. I *really* needed to disconnect from everything and it’s currently pouring it down. I took myself outside, sat down in my most favourite chair under the umbrella, put my headphones on, clicked play, closed my eyes and I was transported to a beautiful, relaxing and quiet place. I felt as though I was floating because I was so relaxed. I have a child with Autism and special needs and sometimes, I need time to myself. *THIS* has just become my sanctuary.
