They just took a special they did a few years ago for the Network and put it on here. The 2001 match is "bonus" because the original special was 1997-2000. All matches are complete. The DVD sold out quickly here and they ordered a second shipment. I just wanted to have these on DVD because I don't own them already, but yeah it's a complete lazy cash grab.

Of course, the attitude era went on for a very short 5-6 year time until after WWE bought wcw and then attitude era was no more.
